GeneWize Hires Senior Vice-President of Sales and Marketing: GeneLink’s GeneWize Subsidiary Prepares for Growth

ORLANDO, Fla. — GeneLink, Inc. (OTCBB:GNLK.OB), a leading consumer genomics biotech company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sharon M. Tahaney to the position of Senior Vice-President of Sales and Marketing of GeneWize Life Sciences, Inc.

Ms. Tahaney comes from a broad background in Network Marketing. Having recently served as the Senior Vice President of Leadership Development for both Tupperware U.S. & Canada, Ms. Tahaney successfully directed field leadership growth and training while also leading the communications, events and training teams. At Tupperware she created and directed Leadership Training resulting in dramatic increases in the effectiveness of both personal and team recruiting.

Ms. Tahaney will now lead the sales and marketing efforts of GeneWize, which specializes in genetically personalized nutritional and skincare products and is the wholly owned subsidiary of GeneLink. Ms. Tahaney is a respected and proven sales & marketing executive with extensive experience creating Direct Sales growth and revenue producing results. As Senior Vice-President of Sales and Marketing of GeneWize, Ms. Tahaney will be responsible for directing the marketing and sales strategy, leading and training Affiliate sales teams, marketing-communications and event departments.

She has enjoyed success in the direct selling industry for almost 30 years and authored four books on personal and financial management, a book on direct selling strategies, and taught thousands of direct selling professionals strategies to enhance performance. Her books include: “Smart Connections, the Little Book With a Big Payoff;” “One for the Money;” “Living a Rich Life;” “Money and More…For Secure and Joyful Living;” and her latest book, “Pink Sky At Night, Brightening The Forecast For the Direct Selling Business.”
